We are all aware that to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we need to wash our hands thoroughly for 20 seconds every time, not to touch our face, stay more than 6ft (20 m) away from each other, stay at home, sneeze into elbows and disinfect surfaces we use regularly through the day.

But, these mini-tasks, which can sometimes get overlooked, can make a big difference too.

Other mini-tasks to practice are:
Throwing away any used facial tissues immediately into a closed bin and washing hands thoroughly

Sanitize the sanitizer bottles/ hand wash bottles

Don’t eat while working on the computer

Put your phone away when eating so you are not tempted to touch it
Wash your hands after putting away groceries, handling a package etc.

Small things can make a huge difference, so let’s do our bit to protect ourselves and stop the spread.
