How not to be hypertensive

Urban lifestyle has become synonymous with stress. People spend long days at their desks with little or no physical activity and eat unhealthy. Hypertension has no symptoms i.e. there is rarely any warning before a spike and so it needs careful monitoring and management. Eating right,sleeping well, a good BMI, quitting smoking, reducing salt intake and alcohol, getting enough execrice and stress management are the key to keep blood pressure under control.
