Eating for a sharp mind

If you’re tired, foggy or cannot seem to concentrate, chances are your diet is to blame. Irregular meals that lack nutrition, iron deficiency and smoking can result in inadequate energy production to meet the demands of the cells. Add whole grain, beans, citrus fruits, nuts and soya to your meals. There is also a range of foods that help the body cleanse itself of toxins – Lemon, beet, carrot, wheat grass etc. The key is to eat right and eat on time.
